Ganna Ki is a multi disciplined visual & performative artist from East Ukraine. She researches collective subconscious, using her artistic practice in her mythological storytelling, creating layer after layer her own unique fantastic world. Her focus lays in the process of emotional body relief through paining or performative act, where process itself creates the final piece. With a Master Degree in Linguistics, she moved to Germany to continue her eductaion in Media- and Culture Studies in Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and specialised in Contemporary Visual&Performative Arts History. During her studies 2011-2017 she worked with artist collective Halle3 and absolved her internship in a state Galerie Alte Post Neuss by Klaus Richter. While working as an artist assistant in Maxim Wakultschik Art Studio, she maked series of her own Art Shows and Performance projects and moved to Berlin. Since 2022 she rises her voice for Ukrainian solidarity while participating in international exhibitions and artist residencies in Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany specialised on arts of ecology, while telling her own story.
